相關研究指出,目前全球商業種植的主流品種“華蕉”,因其無性繁殖的特性,導致整個種群基因高度趨同。正是這種缺乏多樣性的現狀,使得整個產業面臨極高的風險:一旦遭遇某種致命病害,極易迅速擴散并導致大面積毀滅。

華蕉,又稱卡文迪許(Cavendish),源于中國和越南,是目前全球商業種植最主要的香蕉品種。
The concern centers on the Cavendish banana (Musa acuminata), the dominant commercial variety globally, which originated from China and Vietnam. Unlike most fruit crops, Cavendish bananas are propagated asexually, resulting in a global population that is genetically nearly identical. This lack of diversity makes the entire industry highly vulnerable — a single aggressive disease could spread quickly and cause devastating losses.

對此,相關專家指出:全球香蕉品種多達1000余種,目前科學家也已通過雜交選育、基因工程及生態改良等多種手段積極應對病害威脅。
所以,屏幕前愛吃香蕉的你也不必太過擔心,“香蕉滅絕”的說法并不準確——滅絕的是單一商業品種,而非整個香蕉物種。
However, experts caution against alarmist claims. There are over 1,000 banana varieties worldwide, and scientists are actively working on solutions through cross-breeding, genetic engineering, and improved cultivation practices. The real threat is not the extinction of the banana species, but the potential collapse of a single commercial cultivar — a very different outcome.

① 富含鉀、鎂→ 有助于心血管健康,降低中風風險。
② 富含膳食纖維→緩解便秘(吃熟香蕉有效;生香蕉含鞣酸反會加重)。
③ 熱量適中,血糖生成指數(GI)中等,適量食用血糖波動較小。

① 正確儲存方式
室內陰涼通風處(14~20℃)存放即可,請勿放入冰箱以免凍傷;遵循“少量購買,隨吃隨買”的原則,能最大程度保證新鮮度。
