CCTV國際時訊消息，當地時間7月13日，巴西總統盧拉在一場公開活動上表示，美國總統特朗普發帖稱要向通過霍爾木茲海峽的油輪貨船收取20%的“過路費”，這種行為就叫“海盜”，美國已淪為“海盜國家”。
盧拉還重申，不能接受美國以所謂“伊朗想要制造核武器”為借口發動戰爭。他批評美國撒謊，稱美國如今的所作所為就像當年發動伊拉克戰爭一樣，找的借口同樣莫須有。
