“深藍新航計劃 Deep Blue Next” 是培育新一代海洋領(lǐng)軍人才的平臺，致力于培養(yǎng)海洋科學(xué)、技術(shù)、企業(yè)與全球治理的高端人才。

"Deep Blue Next" is an ocean innovation platform dedicated to foster the growth of a new generation of young leaders in ocean science, technology, enterprise, and governance.

作為“深藍新航”計劃的首次落地實踐，《第五屆國際深海前沿科技暑期學(xué)校——人工智能賦能海洋創(chuàng)新》將于2026年7月12-15日在深圳舉辦，正式開啟新征程。

As the inaugural implementation of the "Deep Blue Next" initiative, the 5th International Summer School on Deep-Ocean Science and Technology: AI-Empowered Ocean Innovation will be held in Shenzhen from July 12 to 15, 2026, officially kicking off the new journey.

本屆暑期學(xué)校深度踐行深圳海洋大學(xué)“5I”育人理念，圍繞智能（Intelligent）、個性化（Individualized）、學(xué)科融合（Interdisciplinary）、產(chǎn)業(yè)導(dǎo)向（Industry-oriented）與國際化（Internationalized）五大核心，邀請全球頂尖海洋科學(xué)家、人工智能專家與高科技企業(yè)家授課與分享經(jīng)驗，同時邀請優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)家分享前沿成果與成長經(jīng)歷。本活動旨在加速人工智能與海洋探測、資源開發(fā)、海洋治理的深度結(jié)合，聯(lián)動產(chǎn)學(xué)研資源，培養(yǎng)具有國際視野的未來領(lǐng)軍人才。

Fully practicing the “5I” educational philosophy of the upcoming Shenzhen Ocean University, this summer school centers on five core principles: Intelligent, Individualized, Interdisciplinary, Industry-oriented, and Internationalized. It will feature lectures and experience sharing by world’s leading scientists, top technology experts and distinguished high-tech entrepreneurs. It seeks to accelerate the in-depth integration of AI with ocean exploration, resource exploitation, and ocean governance, nurturing future talents with an international vision.

本屆暑期學(xué)校由深圳海洋大學(xué)（籌）/南方科技大學(xué)海洋高等研究院與深圳全球海洋中心城市建設(shè)促進會聯(lián)合主辦，現(xiàn)面向優(yōu)秀學(xué)生和青年學(xué)者開放報名。

The summer school is co-organized by the Shenzhen Ocean University (SOU) Preparatory Office / Advanced Institute for Ocean Research (AIOR) of the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), together with the Global Ocean Capital Promotion Council of Shenzhen. Outstanding students and young scholars are encouraged to apply.

Logistics

1. 日期：2026年7月12-15日

DATES: July 12–15, 2026

2. 地點：深圳海洋大學(xué)過渡校區(qū)（深圳大鵬新區(qū)壩光）

VENUE: The transitional campus of the Shenzhen Ocean University, Baguang, Dapeng, Shenzhen

3. 報名對象：以研究生、博士后、青年科學(xué)家為主，接收部分本科生；接收在華國際留學(xué)生；預(yù)計參加人數(shù)250人。

PARTICIPANTS: Priority is given to graduate students, post-docs, and young scientists. Undergraduate students and international students in China are also accepted. Expected number of participants: 250.

4. 預(yù)估費用：

ESTIMATED COSTS:

（1）注冊費：統(tǒng)一繳納200元/人（用于餐飲、場地、物料、活動等開支）

REGISTRATION FEES: RMB 200 per person (covering catering, venue, materials and activities)

（2）外地學(xué)員往返交通、住宿費用原則上自理

TRAVEL EXPENSES: Participants are responsible for own travel and accommodation expenses

（3）學(xué)員住宿費：150元/人/天（雙人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)間）

ACCOMMODATION COSTS: RMB 150 per person per day (standard twin room)
