“你不必聽說，你只管領(lǐng)教”！江西師大這場(chǎng)畢業(yè)典禮致辭火了

近日，在江西師范大學(xué)2026年畢業(yè)典禮上，江西師大文學(xué)院1997屆畢業(yè)生、現(xiàn)任北京四中雄安校區(qū)校長黃春作為校友代表上臺(tái)發(fā)言，以一句“你不必聽說，你只管領(lǐng)教”引發(fā)全場(chǎng)掌聲，火爆全網(wǎng)。

At the 2026 commencement ceremony of Jiangxi Normal University, alumnus Huang Chun, principal of the Xiong'an campus of Beijing No 4 High School, delivered a heartfelt speech that resonated with graduates and drew sustained applause.

黃春金句頻出的發(fā)言沒有居高臨下的說教，只有擲地有聲的真誠，不僅治愈了無數(shù)畢業(yè)生的“學(xué)歷焦慮”，更道出了教育與人生的真諦。

從“我在大學(xué)”到“大學(xué)在我”

在演講中，黃春分享了自己教書30年來的兩個(gè)真實(shí)場(chǎng)景：

很多學(xué)生剛?cè)雽W(xué)時(shí)，會(huì)好奇地問：“黃老師，您是哪個(gè)大學(xué)畢業(yè)的？”當(dāng)聽到“江西師大”時(shí)，不少學(xué)生回答“沒聽說過”。面對(duì)這樣的尷尬情景，黃春卻從容回應(yīng)：“你不必聽說，你只管領(lǐng)教。”

Huang, who graduated from the university's School of Literature in 1997, reflected on three decades in education by sharing two memorable moments from his teaching career.

He recalled that when some newly enrolled high school students admitted they had never heard of Jiangxi Normal University, he told them, "You don't need to have heard of it. Let my teaching speak for it."

畢業(yè)時(shí)，又有學(xué)生對(duì)他說：“黃老師，我想去你上學(xué)的江西師大看看。”黃春的回答同樣充滿智慧：“你不必千里迢迢，昔日我在大學(xué)，今日大學(xué)在我。”

Years later, a graduating student said to him, "Huang, I'd like to visit Jiangxi Normal University, where you studied." Huang replied, "You don't have to travel all that way. In the past, I was at the university; today, the university is in me."

在黃春看來，對(duì)母校最好的回報(bào)是：“讓全世界都因?yàn)檎J(rèn)識(shí)我，而認(rèn)識(shí)我的母校；都因?yàn)橘澝牢?/strong>，而贊美我的母校。”

For Huang, honoring one's alma mater is not about relying on its reputation, but about becoming someone who reflects its values.

這輩子，我為教育而來

現(xiàn)年五十余歲的黃春，歷任北京四中語文教師、班主任，曾參與創(chuàng)建北京四中房山校區(qū)、廣東珠海容閎公學(xué)，2023年起擔(dān)任北京四中雄安校區(qū)創(chuàng)校校長。

無論走多遠(yuǎn)，他始終沒有忘記自己出發(fā)的地方。在演講中，他深情回憶起在江西師大的讀書歲月，感謝母校給予的專業(yè)知識(shí)和豐富的課余經(jīng)歷。

每次回到母校，黃春“總覺得自己根正苗紅”。在他看來：“學(xué)師范，做教師。師范人，就是教書人。”

Although his career has taken him far from campus, Huang says he has never forgotten where he began. He often speaks fondly of his years at Jiangxi Normal University, crediting the institution's rigorous teacher training and vibrant campus life for shaping his career. One belief has remained constant throughout the years: "Study teaching, become a teacher."

在此前的采訪中，他說：“我沒有想過當(dāng)老師，但一切好像是命中注定，我是為教育而來的。”他還提出了一個(gè)觀點(diǎn)，作為一個(gè)校長，應(yīng)該要去思考，如何在有限的時(shí)間里、用有限的精力，在尊重孩子的生命成長需求限度之內(nèi)，提高他們的學(xué)習(xí)效率。黃春作為一位老師、一位校長，切實(shí)地在為學(xué)生成長考量。

In an earlier interview, Huang said, "I never planned to become a teacher, but it all seems destined — I was born for education." He also said that a principal should strive to improve students' learning efficiency within the limits of their time and energy, while respecting their natural development. Throughout his career as both a teacher and a principal, he has remained committed to putting students' growth first.

三十年的從教生涯，他用實(shí)際行動(dòng)詮釋了這份師大學(xué)子的母校情懷。同時(shí)，他也沒有忘記那些默默奉獻(xiàn)的同路人，他真誠地感謝選擇留在江西的教育工作者：“感謝你們建設(shè)江西老家，為我們這樣漂泊在外的游子守護(hù)鄉(xiāng)愁。”

“今天你們從學(xué)校畢業(yè)，但學(xué)習(xí)也許才真正開始。”在演講的最后，黃春向?qū)W弟學(xué)妹們發(fā)出了真誠的呼喚，期盼更多師范學(xué)子能滿懷熱忱地投身教育事業(yè)。

Closing his commencement address, Huang encouraged the graduating students who will become future teachers to devote themselves to education with passion and dedication.

正如黃春在過往訪談中所言：“最好的教育是相遇。”他祝愿每一位江西師大的學(xué)子，好好珍藏從母校帶走的所有底氣與熱愛，在未來的學(xué)業(yè)、事業(yè)與生活之旅中，去遇見更好的自己，為生命注入強(qiáng)勁的動(dòng)力。

As he once said in another interview, "The best education is a meaningful encounter." His message to this year's graduates was clear: carry the confidence, values and passion nurtured at Jiangxi Normal University into the next stages of their lives, whether it be in further study, future careers or service to society.
