7月14日，中金公司公告稱，公司擬通過向東興證券、信達證券全體A股換股股東發行A股股票的方式，換股吸收合并東興證券、信達證券。近日，中國證監會就本次交易涉及的合并、變更主要股東等行政許可申請依法予以受理。截至2026年一季度末，中金公司、東興證券、信達證券三家券商總資產合計約1.12萬億元。
