洪水沖毀蛇場，一女子被蛇咬傷離世，廣西橫州：緊急擴充蛇毒血清庫存

近日，受臺風“美莎克”影響，廣西橫州市遭遇連續(xù)強降雨。橫州鄧圩村一養(yǎng)殖場包括眼鏡蛇在內(nèi)的數(shù)百條蛇被洪水沖出，引發(fā)廣泛關(guān)注，相關(guān)話題登上熱搜。

據(jù)新華社，7月6日，橫州市云表鎮(zhèn)一家養(yǎng)蛇場被洪水沖毀，導致場內(nèi)養(yǎng)殖的眼鏡蛇、大王蛇、水律蛇被沖入洪水中。此外，當?shù)卮迕癖硎荆樗陂g也常看到蛇類出沒。（）

新京報記者多方核實獲悉，廣西橫州云表鎮(zhèn)一名被蛇咬傷的女子不幸離世。

參與救助的村民稱，因道路不通，該女子輾轉(zhuǎn)多次才送至醫(yī)院治療，他看到時女子已無意識；另一名被蛇咬傷的村民告訴記者，該女子四五十歲，系6日晚被蛇咬傷。記者從接診醫(yī)院獲悉，確有一名被蛇咬傷者不幸離世。

According to The Beijing News, a woman from Yunbiao town, Hengzhou, died after being bitten by a snake. Residents who participated in the rescue said she was unable to reach medical care promptly because floodwaters had blocked the roads, and she was already unresponsive by the time she arrived at the hospital. Another villager who was also bitten by a snake told reporters that the victim, believed to be in her 40s or 50s, was attacked on Monday evening. Hospital staff later confirmed her death.

另據(jù)極目新聞，醫(yī)院工作人員介紹，不止一位村民被蛇咬。上述工作人員提醒，在清理災后垃圾時，可以先敲打發(fā)出聲響進行驚擾，以防有蛇藏匿其中。

橫州市全力防范云表鎮(zhèn)洪水蛇傷險情

廣西南寧市融媒體中心7月8日消息，近期，橫州市云表鎮(zhèn)受洪澇災害影響，市衛(wèi)健委等部門迅速行動，全力保障群眾生命安全。

醫(yī)療救治方面，緊急擴充市人民醫(yī)院蛇毒血清庫存，目前血清儲備量可滿足救治需求；特邀區(qū)市醫(yī)療專家駐點指導，提升重癥救治能力。

一線防控救治環(huán)節(jié)上，加密搜救巡查頻次；專門開通蛇咬傷急救綠色通道，精簡急診就診、檢查、救治全流程環(huán)節(jié)，實現(xiàn)快速接診處置；基層培訓同步開展，強化一線人員蛇傷清創(chuàng)、預判等核心技能。

In response, the Hengzhou health department has increased antivenom supplies at the city's People's Hospital, deployed medical experts from the regional capital to provide on-site guidance, and established a fast-track emergency treatment channel for snakebite patients to ensure timely care.

預警防范方面，依托村屯廣播、微信群等推送避險提示，提醒村民遠離蛇類易出沒區(qū)域，做好居家戶外防護。下一步將持續(xù)發(fā)布自救互救科普，引導群眾科學防范。

遇到毒蛇咬傷怎么辦？

廣西醫(yī)科大學第一附屬醫(yī)院急診科主任王威介紹，如果遇到毒蛇咬傷，務必牢記“冷靜、制動、簡處、速送”四大核心原則。

Wang Wei, head of the emergency department at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, outlined four key principles for responding to venomous snakebites: stay calm, immobilize the affected limb, provide basic wound care, and seek immediate medical attention.

首先，一旦被毒蛇咬傷，應立即進行呼救，第一時間撥打120急救電話。保持冷靜，嚴禁奔跑。因為驚慌跑動會加速血液循環(huán)，讓毒素快速擴散。

其次，需要安全識蛇，不要試圖捕捉或打死毒蛇，以免被二次咬傷。有條件時，可拍照或記住蛇的特征，以便后續(xù)用藥。

再次，在條件允許的情況下，應迅速用清水或生理鹽水沖洗傷口。如果是遇到神經(jīng)毒類毒蛇，可在傷肢近心端處進行加壓墊包扎，需避免過緊以免阻斷動脈血供。

最后，在完成以上處置后，傷者應保持傷肢低于心臟水平，等待專業(yè)急救人員轉(zhuǎn)運至具備蛇傷救治能力的醫(yī)院進行規(guī)范治療。

Call 120 immediately for emergency transport. People who are bitten should not run or attempt to catch or kill the snake. Instead, they should take a photo of it, if it is safe to do so, or remember its appearance and markings to help with identification later.

If possible, rinse the wound with clean water or saline. For bites from neurotoxic snakes, apply a light pressure bandage above the bite site without restricting blood circulation.

專家提示，“早識別、早處置、早送醫(yī)、早用藥”是降低毒蛇咬傷致死、致殘率的關(guān)鍵。
