保潔阿姨在廁所吃飯，網友心疼發帖！后續來了

7月4日晚，網友@一只美羊羊 在社交媒體平臺發帖稱，自己在岳麓山景區的家庭公廁看到一名保潔阿姨坐在地上，緊挨著馬桶和小便池吃午飯，飯菜直接放在地板上。

On Saturday evening, a netizen took to social media to share a scene that sparked widespread concern at a family restroom in the Yuelu Mountain scenic area in Changsha, Hunan province.

According to the post, a cleaning worker was sitting on the floor beside the toilet and urinal, eating with her food placed directly on the tiled floor.

該網友稱，“我打開門看到這一幕，心里特別心酸，趕緊關上了門。”

相關帖子迅速引發網友關注，不少人表示，希望景區能給阿姨休息吃飯的地方。

The post quickly went viral, with many netizens calling for better rest facilities for sanitation workers.

發帖網友在回應媒體時表示，發布初衷是希望景區能夠完善休息用餐區域，無刻意抹黑意圖。

保潔阿姨也出鏡

7月5日下午，@岳麓山橘子洲文旅 發布“官方后續”：

在視頻中，保潔阿姨解釋，周六游客太多，自己剛吃兩口飯就得出去查看地面，怕地面積水讓小朋友滑倒，所以干脆就近吃，方便隨時巡視。

The following day, the scenic area's management released a video explaining the situation. The cleaner said that visitor traffic was particularly heavy that Saturday, requiring her to inspect the floor frequently to prevent children from slipping on wet surfaces. By eating near the restroom, she was able to keep an eye on the area while taking a brief break.

據當地媒體報道，網友所說衛生間是岳麓山觀光長廊附近的麓山公廁，位于負一層，地面設有防滑標識，從公廁正常速度步行約2分鐘后左拐，有一處工作人員休息驛站。

驛站內寬敞干凈，屋內配有空調、應急物品和飲用水，桌上擺放有喝水水壺。一名從麓山公廁出來的保潔人員正前往休息間休息。

Local media later reported that the restroom, located near the Yuelu Mountain Sightseeing Corridor, has a dedicated staff break room about a two-minute walk away. The room is clean, spacious, and equipped with air conditioning, drinking water, emergency supplies, and other amenities. Staff members were seen using the facility during their breaks.

此外，記者還走訪了岳麓山觀光車南門上車點至南門下車點沿途的3個公廁，發現均配有工作用房。

雖說是一場“誤會”，但是網友還是對發帖者和景區的及時回應點贊。

Although the incident ultimately stemmed from a misunderstanding, many netizens praised both the original poster for drawing attention to the issue and the scenic area's management for responding promptly and transparently.

記者注意到，一直以來就有“為保潔員設立休息室”的呼聲：

有媒體評論指出，每個勞動者的休息權都應得到保障。《中華人民共和國勞動法》規定，“用人單位必須為勞動者提供符合國家規定的勞動安全衛生條件和必要的勞動防護用品”。

必須認識到，讓保潔員有地方休息不是額外的福利，而是其勞動應獲的基本保障。在網友們的呼吁和各方努力下，目前多地已經設立“保潔休息室”。
