這種手機殼，可能正在偷拍你！緊急提醒

近日，話題“小心這種手機殼正在偷拍你的隱私”登上熱搜，引發網友熱議。

Recent online discussions have drawn attention to a new type of smartphone accessory, the so-called "refractive phone case", over its potential use for covert recording.

據央視新聞，最近，一款名為“折射手機殼”的產品在電商平臺上熱銷，它外觀看上去與普通手機殼無異，售價卻要300到800元，遠高于普通手機殼的價格。

According to a report by China Central Television, the cases are being sold on e-commerce platforms for 300 to 800 yuan, significantly more than standard phone cases.

這款手機殼為何售價偏高？其核心是在手機攝像頭對應位置加裝了一塊小型棱鏡，借助光線折射原理，可以拍攝到側面場景。如果再搭配對應的功能設置，手機熄屏之后，依舊可以持續錄像。

Their key feature is a small prism installed next to the camera lens. Using the principle of light refraction, the prism redirects light into the camera, allowing the phone to record from a different angle than the direction it is facing. When paired with certain app settings, the phone can continue recording even when the screen is turned off, making the product potentially useful for covert filming.

有商家向記者直言，這類產品的一個重要用途，就是偷拍。商家介紹，手機可以平放、側放，鏡頭朝著別處，實際拍攝的卻是另一個方向。

Some merchants told reporters that the products are primarily intended for covert surveillance. Depending on how the phone is positioned, such as lying flat or on its side, the camera can be pointed in one direction while capturing footage from another.

在手機攝像頭外部加裝棱鏡后，拍攝的畫面邊緣處會呈現一道模糊的黑邊。對此，商家表示，通過放大畫面，可以盡量把黑邊裁掉。

有商家介紹，這類“折射手機殼”不僅能用于偷拍，還能被用作牌局作弊工具。

記者在電商平臺檢索發現，同類小尺寸光學棱鏡單獨銷售時，價格通常只有幾十元。若直接輸入關鍵詞，無法直接搜索到相關產品。但若換一種關鍵詞變體，一些商品仍然能夠被搜索到。這些商品的銷售十分隱晦，產品頁面往往只有簡單的圖片，不介紹具體功能和用途。

The prism components themselves typically cost only several dozen yuan. While searches for the phone cases using ordinary product terms may yield no results, the cases can still be found using alternative or coded search terms. They are often listed with minimal product descriptions and without explicitly stating their functions.

生產、銷售和使用均涉嫌違法

中國政法大學副教授朱巍表示，在日常生活中，幾乎不存在需要隱形拍攝側面內容的合理場景，生產銷售者和使用者的行為可能構成非法生產、銷售、使用竊聽竊照專用器材罪。

Legal experts have raised concerns about the potential misuse of such devices. Zhu Wei, an associate professor at the China University of Political Science and Law, said there is virtually no legitimate everyday use that would require a device capable of secretly recording from a side angle. He warned that the manufacture, sale, or use of such devices could constitute the illegal production or distribution of surveillance equipment and may result in criminal liability under Chinese law.

除了直接銷售成品，記者還發現，市場上出現了另一種更加“迂回”的銷售方法——賣半成品。一套產品被拆成手機殼、鏡頭蓋和棱鏡分別發貨，再由買家自行組裝。商家甚至會指導消費者購買膠水，告訴買家棱鏡應該粘在哪里、朝什么方向安裝。部分商品頁面會特意標上一句“禁止用于偷拍”。對此，朱巍表示，拆開賣依舊違法，聲稱不能用于偷拍也不能免責。
