【最大銅產國遭風暴 部分銅礦、港口受限】財聯社7月21日電，一場強烈的冬季風暴侵襲了智利中部，已造成多人死亡。惡劣天氣導致一些大型銅礦作業受到影響，港口船舶航行也受到限制，包括智利國家銅業公司（Codelco）、安托法加斯塔公司（Antofagasta Plc）和英美資源集團（Anglo American Plc） 在內的多家礦企，已經啟動安全應急預案，并對部分作業作出調整。智利海事部門也表示，中部部分港口的船舶通行受到限制。
