LV起訴國家知識產權局

人民法院公告網的一則公告顯示，北京知識產權法院將于2026年7月16日公開審理一起涉及路易威登的商標行政糾紛案。

該公告是向本案第三人黃民耀的送達公告，案號為（2026）京73行初4727號，原告為路易威登馬利蒂，被告為國家知識產權局，黃民耀作為第三人參加訴訟。北京知識產權法院將在7月16日9時30分在該院開庭審理此案。公告并未披露訴爭商標具體信息。

A trademark case initiated by French luxury giant Louis Vuitton will be heard by the Beijing Intellectual Property Court on Thursday, according to a disclosed notice.

The lawsuit is against the China National Intellectual Property Administration, with Huang Minyao named as a third party involved in the litigation. No further details were released.

北京日報記者通過天眼查查詢到，黃民耀申請注冊有多個商標，其中，有形似四葉草的商標。

A Beijing Daily reporter's search of business registration data via Tianyancha, a corporate information platform, showed that Huang has applied to register multiple trademarks, including one bearing a design resembling a four-leaf clover.

北京知識產權法院專屬管轄包括全國范圍內的專利、商標、植物新品種、集成電路布圖設計在內的知識產權授權確權第一審行政案件。簡而言之，就是當事人不服國務院行政部門裁定或決定時，可向北京知識產權法院提起訴訟。

The Beijing Intellectual Property Court has exclusive jurisdiction over first-instance administrative cases concerning the grant and validation of intellectual property rights — including patents, trademarks and new plant varieties — at the national level. Under this framework, parties that disagree with a ruling or decision by an administrative authority under the State Council may file an administrative lawsuit with the court.

天眼查顯示，路易威登馬利蒂現有多個商標處于駁回復審、商標異議、商標無效及撤銷/無效宣告申請審查中的各個階段。
