1.獨樹一幟的建筑外立面：“根植于古典的現(xiàn)代”。

房地產(chǎn)意義上的建筑風格，主要有中式、法式和現(xiàn)代，被現(xiàn)代風格的豪宅樓盤模仿得最多的建筑師，便是曾仕乾。在綠城·潮鳴海上，曾仕乾完成了他的新挑戰(zhàn)，他第一次把古典柱式轉(zhuǎn)譯成了現(xiàn)代建筑語言。懸立在外立面上的線條，就像是古希臘古羅馬的一排排柱式。它們跟帕特農(nóng)神廟的柱式一樣，給建筑帶來了厚重感；又跟巴黎歌劇院的壁柱一樣，給外立面帶來了節(jié)奏感；它們還會給室內(nèi)空間帶來美妙的光影變化。

2.更高階的立體景觀：“灰空間”的穿插與環(huán)繞。

曾仕乾的厲害之處在于，他所創(chuàng)造的“規(guī)劃底盤”，不僅帶來了立體景觀，更是在地下、地面、空中分別做出了日常漫步的回游動線。而且，他必然會在回游動線中設(shè)置這種讓你可以隨時坐下來的“灰空間”。有了這樣的“規(guī)劃底盤”，私宴廳、室內(nèi)恒溫泳池、匹克球館等會所空間就可以天上地下的“分布式存儲”。

3.以“功能”為錨點，進行地產(chǎn)開發(fā)流程的重構(gòu)。

綠城在精裝交付上引入了“1=4”的定制模式，像建筑面積約210平米戶型，你要先做兩道選擇題：要三房格局還是要四房格局？要開放式廚房還是傳統(tǒng)廚房？兩道選擇題就讓同一個戶型變成了四種選擇。它是以“功能”為錨點的遞進式演變，而不是傻乎乎地做出四種風格。

4.綠城的“潮鳴三部曲”兩個在上海，一個在義烏。

綠城的“義烏四章”，個個都是現(xiàn)象級樓盤；綠城在全國的“潮鳴三部曲”，更是以強勁的創(chuàng)造力聞名；這兩者的唯一交集，就是潮鳴海上。綠城的“潮鳴三部曲”，兩個在上海，一個在義烏。世界義烏，更懂得接納國際大師的作品。

5.當代樓盤的“永恒指數(shù)”。

只有超高的建筑藝術(shù)水準，才能被納入“永恒指數(shù)”。綠城與SCDA曾仕乾先生合作的潮鳴海上，它會跟上海外灘或杭州西湖北山街的那些百年建筑群一樣，經(jīng)典永流傳。

綠城將他們跟SCDA曾仕乾的首度合作，放在了義烏。在我內(nèi)心的全球建筑師排行榜上，SCDA曾仕乾先生是排名第二的華裔建筑師。這個新作品，更是不同于以往，他在這里實現(xiàn)了創(chuàng)作生涯中的又一次自我躍升。這就是義烏市中心的綠城·潮鳴海上，它將再一次開創(chuàng)中國豪宅的新范式。我是劉德科，這一期的《中國樓盤激賞》，我們繼續(xù)來感受綠城的新探索。

Greentown has chosen Yiwu as the site fortheir inaugural collaboration with SCDA's Soo K. Chan. In my personal ranking of global architects, Mr. Chan stands as the second most accomplished Chinese-descent architect worldwide. This latest work marks a departure from his past creations—here, he achieves yet another leap of self-transcendence in his career. This is Symphony Yiwu, at the heart of Yiwu, a project poised to redefine the paradigm of luxury living in China once again. I'm Liu Deke. In this episode of China Residential Project Directory, we continue to explore Greentown's latest innovations.

這個樓盤大門用的是曾仕乾標志性的斜切角，它帶來了空間心理學意義上的“懷抱感”。倘若沒有做這樣的斜切角設(shè)計，進門就會像是“穿越一道壁壘”；有了這樣的斜切角，進門就像是“迎接一個擁抱”。

The entrance gate of this development features Soo K. Chan’s signature beveled corners. It creates what spatial psychology terms a “sense of embrace.” Without these beveled corners, entering would feel like “passing through a barrier”; with them, it feels like “slipping into an embrace”.

映照在樓盤大堂里的是獨樹一幟的建筑外立面。房地產(chǎn)意義上的建筑風格，主要有中式、法式和現(xiàn)代，被現(xiàn)代風格的豪宅樓盤模仿得最多的建筑師，便是曾仕乾。但其實他很難被模仿，因為他不是簡單的現(xiàn)代，而是“根植于古典的現(xiàn)代”。

Reflected in the lobby is a singular architectural facade. In real estate, prevailing architectural styles typically fall into three categories: Chinese, French, and Modern. Among these, the architect most emulated by modern luxury developments is none other than Soo K. Chan. Yet imitation remains elusive, for his work transcends mere modernism—such is “modernity rooted in classicism”.

Look at these vertical lines on the facade—they stand like rows of classical orders from ancient Greece and Rome. Much like the colonnades of the Parthenon, they lend the building a sense of monumental weight; much like the pilasters of the Paris Opera, they bring rhythm to the elevation. At Symphony Yiwu, Soo K. Chan rises to a new challenge: here, he accomplishes his first-ever translation of the classical orders into a contemporary architectural vocabulary.it is “modernity rooted in classicism”.

這些柱式，還會給室內(nèi)空間帶來美妙的光影變化，帶來“睡起紗窗日影移”的哲學況味。窗外的柱式，又會給室內(nèi)空間帶來心理的穩(wěn)定感。無論你住在多少層，都會感覺是站在大地上。哪怕是北立面，同樣要極度考究；連遮蔽空調(diào)外機的格柵，都是藝術(shù)品級的質(zhì)感。

These classical orders also introduce a captivating interplay of light and shadow into the interior space, imbuing it with a philosophical resonance of time’s passage. These classical orders instill a deep psychological anchoring within the interior. No matter how high your residence soars above the ground, it evokes the primal reassurance of standing firmly upon the earth. Even the north facade receives the same exacting attention to detail; even the grilles concealing the outdoor AC units possess an artistic integrity.

建筑外立面上的格柵美學，延續(xù)到了花園中。不少新樓盤都會有層層疊疊的立體景觀，真正的難點在于空中花園如何跟地面花園融為一體。他們只用了一棵大樹，就解決了這個難題。

你看嵌套在構(gòu)筑物中的鐵冬青，它舒展的枝椏，仿佛有一種魔力，自行生長出了一個微風吹拂的“灰空間”，他們稱之為“樹景會客廳”。濃蔭與陽光，共同寫就了一部“陰翳禮贊”。

This "grille aesthetic" established on the building's exterior thus carries seamlessly into the gardens beyond. These cascading three-dimensional landscapes have become commonplace in new developments. The true challenge lies in seamlessly merging the aerial gardens with the ground-level landscape. They solved this puzzle with a single tree. Observe this Ilex rotunda nested within the architectural framework; its outstretched branches seem to possess a quiet magic, spontaneously generating a breezy gray space they call the "Tree-view Salon." Here, dappled shade and golden sunlight together compose a lyrical ode to In Praise of Shadows.

哪怕用奢石，也要把它融入到整個靜謐的空間，所以會客廳用的是很像木紋的石材。昂貴的材料不是為了富麗堂皇的浮華，而是為了讓它們散發(fā)出大自然的氣息。

This is not wood, but stone. Even when employing luxury stone, the aim is to integrate it harmoniously into an atmosphere of utter serenity. Precious materials are never intended for ostentatious opulence; rather, they serve to breathe the very essence of nature into the space.

層層疊疊的立體景觀所帶來的，不只是峽谷般的靜謐，更是大海般的磅礴。他們讓有限的下沉式庭院，容納了無限的潮汐，它們仿佛運載著無數(shù)的集裝箱，讓義烏的貨物漂洋過海，遍及世界的每一個角落。

These cascading three-dimensional landscapes deliver more than just canyon-like tranquility; they unleash an oceanic grandeur. Within the confines of a finite sunken courtyard, they conjure boundless tides—tides that seem to bear countless shipping containers, symbolizing Yiwu’s goods voyaging across oceans to reach every corner of the globe.

現(xiàn)在，幾乎所有的新樓盤都會做下沉式庭院，誰做得更好？我們的評判標準很簡單——誰在地下會所創(chuàng)造出更多的“廊下空間”，誰就更高級。這里不僅有廊的穿插，它穿插進了地下會所的空間模塊之中；這里還有廊的環(huán)繞，它被設(shè)計成了一條回游動線，環(huán)繞著整座下沉式庭院，讓地下空間變成了你可以隨意漫步的花園。

Today, nearly every new development features a sunken courtyard—but who does it best? Our criterion is simple: the greater the extent of gray space within the underground clubhouse, the higher the sophistication. Behold the interweaving of corridors, deftly threaded into the spatial modules of the clubhouse. Behold the encircling of pathways, designed as a circuitous promenade that wraps around the entire sunken garden, transforming the subterranean realm into a meandering garden where one may wander at will.

曾仕乾的厲害之處在于，他所創(chuàng)造的“規(guī)劃底盤”，不僅帶來了立體景觀，更是在地下、地面、空中分別做出了日常漫步的回游動線。而且，他必然會在回游動線中設(shè)置讓你可以隨時坐下來的“灰空間”。

Soo K. Chan’s genius lies in his creation of a "masterplan chassis"—one that not only delivers multi-layered landscapes but also weaves distinct circuitous promenades for daily wandering across the underground, ground, and aerial levels. Crucially, he invariably embeds gray spaces along these routes—inviting niches where one can pause and sit at any moment.

有了這樣的“規(guī)劃底盤”，會所空間就可以天上地下的“分布式存儲”。會所里的私宴廳，帶有空中露臺；室內(nèi)恒溫泳池可以沐浴在天光之中；你在柱廊漫步時，還會偶遇匹克球館。

With this "masterplan chassis", the clubhouse amenities achieve a distributed configuration across all levels. Here is a private banquet hall opening onto a sky terrace. There, an indoor lap pool basks in the embrace of celestial light. And tucked along your colonnade stroll, a pickleball court awaits as a delightful surprise.

這樣的綠城·潮鳴海上，它所探索的不僅是建筑藝術(shù)的超高水準，更是地產(chǎn)開發(fā)流程的重構(gòu)。綠城在精裝交付上引入了“1=4”的定制模式，比如在建筑面積約210平米戶型里，你要先做兩道選擇題：第一道選擇題是要三房格局還是要四房格局，如果是三房格局，你的客廳里就擁有一個非常好用的凹室；第二道選擇題是要開放式廚房還是傳統(tǒng)廚房，他們在開放式廚房里，讓陽臺變成了跟廚房相連的吧臺。

兩道選擇題，讓同一個戶型變出了四種選擇，它是以“功能”為錨點的遞進式演變，而不是傻乎乎地做出四種風格。

Symphony Yiwu explores not only the pinnacle of architectural artistry but also a fundamental reconfiguration of the real estate development process. Greentown introduces a "1=4" customization model for its fully finished residences. Take the approximately 210㎡unit as an example: you begin with two pivotal choices. First, opt for a three-bedroom or four-bedroom layout. Should you choose three bedrooms, as seen here, your living room gains a highly functional alcove. Second, select an open-plan kitchen or a traditional enclosed one. With the open-plan option displayed here, the balcony transforms into a breakfast bar seamlessly connected to the kitchen. These two choices yield four distinct configurations of the same footprint. This is a function-anchored evolution—a progressive refinement driven by utility, rather than a simplistic offering of four disparate decorative styles.

實際上，裝修選品也是一種創(chuàng)新。除了隱藏式油煙機，方太為綠城而創(chuàng)造的灶臺也非常高級，它的灶具跟廚房臺面實現(xiàn)了一體化設(shè)計，幾乎沒有任何接縫。

The curation of fixtures is, in itself, an exercise in innovation. Alongside the hidden hood, Fotile presents a custom-designed gas cooktop that merges imperceptibly with the work surface. This seamless unification eliminates crevices entirely, offering both visual purity and effortless maintenance.

Greentown’s "Four Chapters in Yiwu" have each become a phenomenon in their own right; meanwhile, the developer’s national "Symphony Trilogy" is renowned for its formidable creativity. The singular intersection of these two legacies is Symphony Yiwu.

綠城的“潮鳴三部曲”，兩個在上海，一個在義烏。當你翻看每個月的“義烏指數(shù)”，不僅可以感受全球貿(mào)易的冷暖，甚至可以預判很多國際熱點事件的走向。世界義烏，更懂得接納國際大師的作品。當SCDA曾仕乾先生畫完設(shè)計圖紙的最后一筆，他心底知道，只有超高的建筑藝術(shù)水準，才能被納入“永恒指數(shù)”。這樣的綠城·潮鳴海上，它跟上海外灘或杭州西湖北山街的那些百年建筑群一樣，經(jīng)典永流傳。

Greentown’s "Symphony Trilogy" unfolds across two sites in Shanghai and one here in Yiwu. By tracking the monthly "Yiwu Index," one doesn't merely gauge the pulse of global trade; one anticipates the trajectory of international flashpoints. As a global city, Yiwu possesses a unique sophistication in embracing the works of international masters. When Mr. Soo K. Chan set down his pen after the final stroke of the design, he knew intuitively: only the highest echelon of architectural artistry merits inclusion in the "Index of Eternity." Symphony Yiwu is destined to endure—a timeless classic standing shoulder to shoulder with the century-old landmarks lining Shanghai’s Bund or Hangzhou’s West Lake.
