中國駐蒙古國大使館官網消息，7月10日，沈敏娟大使辭行拜會蒙古國家大呼拉爾主席（議長）賓巴朝格特；7月12日，沈敏娟大使辭行拜會蒙古人民黨總書記索德巴特爾。
公開簡歷顯示，沈敏娟，女，漢族，1972年7月生，經濟學碩士，中共黨員。
沈敏娟曾任外交部亞洲司副司長等職，2023年任中國駐蒙古國大使。
