北京商報(bào)訊（記者劉宇陽實(shí)習(xí)生王思奕）7月14日，中金公司發(fā)布公告表示，近日，中國(guó)證監(jiān)會(huì)就本次交易涉及的包括中金公司與東興證券、信達(dá)證券合并，中金公司變更主要股東，東興基金變更主要股東，信達(dá)澳亞基金變更主要股東，東興期貨變更控股股東，信達(dá)期貨變更控股股東等行政許可申請(qǐng)依法予以受理，并出具《中國(guó)證監(jiān)會(huì)行政許可申請(qǐng)受理單》。
