6月23日，針對湖南、貴州多地洪澇災害，中國紅十字會總會分別啟動四級響應。根據災區需求，向受災地區調撥賑濟家庭包、衛生包、毛巾被、沖鋒衣、棉被等救災物資1.2萬余件（套），支持災區做好群眾轉移安置和生活保障工作。
