2024年，全國城鎮非私營單位就業人員年平均工資124110元，比上年增加3412元，名義增長2.8%。
2024年，全國城鎮私營單位就業人員年平均工資69476元，比上年增加1136元，名義增長1.7%，按可比口徑增長4.0%。
非私營單位員工月平均工資10342.5元，私營單位員工月平均工資5789.67元。
