▌主題:清晰凝練
關(guān)于郵件主題,建議使用“核心事件+關(guān)鍵信息”(core event + key information)的格式,清晰凝練的概括郵件主旨,讓收件人一眼就能了解郵件的目的。
▌稱呼:正式禮貌
郵件開頭,建議使用對方尊稱,英文常用Mr/Ms+姓氏,日常溝通可直接使用Hi+名字,注意稱呼頂格書寫,另起一行再開始正文。
▌正文:問候+事件描述
正文是郵件的核心,建議采用“背景+核心問題+請求”(background + core issue + requried)的敘述結(jié)構(gòu)。開頭先簡單問候“您好!”,然后進(jìn)入正題。若篇幅較長,建議分段呈現(xiàn)。
▌附件:正文中標(biāo)注
若郵件包含附件,請在正文中明確提示“詳見附件”(please see the attached file),并確認(rèn)附件格式是否正確。
▌結(jié)尾:期待+祝福
郵件結(jié)尾,如需對方回復(fù),可以表達(dá)“期待您的回復(fù)”,并加上祝福語“祝好!”,英文常用“Best regards” 或 “Thanks”。
