7月14日，針對薯片中被曝出現“藍色薯片”異物一事，北京商報記者從知情人士處獲悉，樂事方面已經介入處理此事。對方表示，“樂事品牌已關注到此事，對此高度重視。客服已與消費者取得聯系，希望可以取回產品作內部核查”。
