實驗室報告組主管（浦江鎮(zhèn)） 1

崗位職責：

1. in charge of reporting team, manage daily reporting release to ensure on-time delivery. monitor turnaround time of daily orders, communication with cs/lab to ensure delivery timely.

負責報告團隊，管理每日報告發(fā)布以確保按時交付。監(jiān)控日常訂單周轉時間，與客服/實驗室溝通以確保及時交付。

2. have a good understanding of laws& regulations, as well as client’s protocol, prepare daily report in a correctefficient way. work with technical teamprepare the report template. tailor made report template to meet client’s needs.

深入了解法律法規(guī)及客戶協(xié)議，以正確高效的方式撰寫日報。與技術團隊協(xié)作，準備報告模板，并根據(jù)客戶需求定制報告模板。

3. have good utilization of tools e.g. bluecore for order management.

合理利用工具（如bluecore）進行訂單管理。

4. have an overview of test methods, identify error during reporting checking

概述測試方法，識別報告檢查中的錯誤。

5. assist manager to collect datasort out the root case for reporting error for continuous improvement.

協(xié)助經(jīng)理收集數(shù)據(jù)并梳理根本原因案例，以便報告錯誤并持續(xù)改進。

6. hardcopy report filingmanagement.

崗位職責：

1.perform chemical inorganic test to fulfill daily orders & result release to ensure on-time delivery.

2.have good quality control of chemical inorganic tests, make sure daily tests in compliance of the sop, align test methods within hohenstein labs.

3.assist lab supervisor to build test capability and capacity of inorganic tests, develop new test as assigned to support the new business and to increase clients’ satisfactory.

4.have a good command of the instruments, such as icp-oes/icp-ms and ftir, well maintain the instruments in the lab, carry out external calibration and intermediate calibration as required.

5.keep the workplace tidy and well organized. ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment to meet the safety and health instructions.

6.teamwork, cooperation working with crossline.
