7月21日外交部例行記者會上，有記者提問，當前中菲的涉海事態(tài)是否會對王毅外長參加在馬尼拉舉辦的東盟外長系列會議的議程和會談產(chǎn)生影響？對此，發(fā)言人林劍表示，我已經(jīng)闡明了中方的嚴正立場，有關事態(tài)完全是菲方的軍警蓄意挑釁。
