7月13日，阿壩藏族羌族自治州第十三屆人大常委會第三十六次會議召開。根據阿壩藏族羌族自治州第十三屆人民代表大會常務委員會主任會議提名，決定任命焦楊為州人民政府副州長；決定焦楊為州人民政府代理州長。
