七八月份很涼爽的8個地方，自然景觀豐富，適合避暑旅居

1、云南-曲靖

曲靖緊挨著貴州六盤水和興義，七八月氣溫15℃-26℃，夏季氣候較相似。境內山川、江河、濕地、高山草場等自然形態一應俱全。

近幾年的夏天，都會涌入十幾萬人來此避暑，川渝游客居多。自駕一小時，就能抵達周邊的大海草山、九龍瀑布群、尼珠河大峽谷，非常適合旅居，親近山水。

2、貴州-六盤水

平均海拔1400米-1900米的烏蒙山區，恰如其分的高度，在夏季形成了一道天然的屏障，阻擋了攜帶著滾滾熱浪的季風，造就了這座中國涼都。

夏季氣溫14℃-26℃，接連的陰雨天和部分高海拔地區，甚至有些小冷。野玉海度假區的玉舍森林公園、海坪彝族小鎮，都帶著一派清涼。山巔之上的烏蒙大草原，夏季滿眼翠綠，涼風習習。

3、甘肅-甘南

當全國大部分地區進入"燒烤模式"，這里的夏天始終保持清涼。平均海拔2000米-3000米的入門級藏區，不容易高反，夏季氣溫6℃-24℃。

高山環抱下的扎尕那，如人間伊甸園。100余公里的江迭公路，夏季自駕，景觀絕佳。桑科草原、美仁大草原正值最佳觀賞期。在拉卜楞寺，世界最長的轉經筒長廊里，慢慢走一段，試著靜下來。

4、黑龍江-漠河

中國最北的城市，這里的夏天極其短暫，平均溫度6℃-22℃的清涼夏日，基本不需要空調。廣袤的森林郁郁蔥蔥，一望無際。高大挺拔的松樹、白樺樹遮天蔽日。

馴鹿園可以和呆萌馴鹿親密接觸，中俄邊境的龍江第一灣，視覺壯闊。北極村、最北郵局，數不清的各種最北地標。夏天凌晨3點天亮，小城的生活很安逸。

5、西藏-林芝

藏地江南的清涼秘境，夏季氣溫9℃-27℃，森林覆蓋率極高。大江大河、巍峨雪山、高山牧場，處處都是看不完的優質自然風光。

巴松措湖水晶瑩如碧玉，清風一吹，暑氣消散。徒步至新措，風景更震撼。雅魯藏布大峽谷雨季水量增加，云蒸霧霞，看南迦巴瓦全憑運氣。

大同大部分地方海拔在1000米-1500米之間，四周群山環繞，既阻擋外部熱空氣，也增強風力循環，夏季清風不斷吹拂，氣溫在13℃-28℃之間。

8、山東-榮成

榮成位于山東半島最東端，是威海下轄縣級市，海岸線蜿蜒漫長，夏季氣溫在24℃-29℃之間，不冷也不熱。

那香海雞鳴島有純樸的漁村風貌和美麗的海島石崖，海草房傳統民居，極具特色。站在成山頭，大海藍的純粹。
